Planning-led repositioning of five highly complex, heritage-constrained prime residential assets across the Grosvenor Estate, delivered within some of London’s most restrictive planning environments.

The projects comprise Grade II listed apartments and townhouses executed through layered estate and statutory consents, façade retention, basement excavation and full internal reconfiguration, resulting in sensitively restored, contemporary residential product within historic envelopes.

This prime residential experience has directly informed our approach to luxury lifestyle hospitality, strengthening our understanding of how quality, amenity, spatial efficiency and materiality influence discerning end-user expectations across hotel and living assets.
